Add one egg to the minced meat, one-third teaspoon of salt, one-quarter teaspoon of chicken powder, pepper, grated ginger, and one teaspoon of cooking wine

Use a small bowl to prepare half a bowl of water and add it three times. When adding water for the second time, add half a teaspoon of cornstarch, add chopped green onion, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Four eggs with a little pepper

Mix thoroughly and set aside. Be sure to mix until there is no egg white

Brush a non-stick pan with a layer of base oil

Spread into egg skin and cook over medium-low heat for about two minutes. It should not be too tender and the skin will break easily.

Spread the meat filling evenly on the egg skin

Roll it up slowly

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap, bring to a boil over high heat and steam for 20 minutes

The steamed meat and egg rolls are slightly cooled, cut into sections and served before serving
