Pan-fried potatoes
Overview
I usually eat potatoes, mostly fried shredded potatoes, but now that fresh potatoes are out, I’m all kinds of happy. This dish is so delicious, I feel like I can’t get enough of it.

Peel and wash fresh potatoes and set aside

Add water to cook the potatoes until the amount of water exceeds the potatoes

Minced garlic, minced ginger and cooked potatoes are set aside

Fry the potatoes in a pan over low heat and squeeze the potatoes with a spatula

Change to the wok, sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant
