Have materials ready.

Add an appropriate amount of warm boiled water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough of moderate hardness and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Shape into balls.

Pour into pot of boiling water.

After the meatballs are cooked until they float, add a small bowl of cold water and cook again until they float.

Add the rice wine and cook for about 1 minute.

Serve in bowls.

When the meatballs are warm, add sugared osmanthus and finish.
