Cordyceps flower soup
Overview
In order to make pickled delicacies in spring, I specially prepared bacon, used the bacon to make soup, and paired it with cordyceps flowers and fresh pork shreds. The dish was delicious and nutritious. Because bacon is very salty, there is no need to add salt to the soup. Just add some salt to the tenderloin to give it a base flavor.
