Beef stew with radish
Overview
[Radish Beef] Classic combination creates delicious food. Radish Beef is also a classic combination. I don’t eat too much beef recently, so a good piece of meat must be eaten in a good way. It’s stewed with Henan radish and shiitake mushroom roots. It’s so delicious!

Cut the beef into cubes and blanch it with onion, ginger and cooking wine.

Core the hawthorn and slice the mushroom roots.

Prepare a spoonful of Zhuhou sauce and a spoonful of pork ribs sauce.

Put the blanched meat, ingredients and sauce in a small pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.

Cut the radish into small cubes and set aside.
