Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces

Add pork belly and stir-fry until oil comes out

Add ginger, garlic, Chinese angelica, white Tang, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, stir-fry a few times

Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer
