Coconut toast
Overview
This toast is full of coconut flavor and can be torn into pieces and eaten with your hands. The color was attractive and the aroma was permeating. I ate a small piece as soon as it came out of the oven. It was really delicious. It was made by myself, with enough ingredients and rich coconut flavor. When my family ate healthy and hygienic coconut toast, they felt full of satisfaction. Friends who love baking, let’s make this simple and loving coconut toast.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: bread flour, 1 egg (53g), sugar, 10g butter, salt, shredded coconut, high sugar resistant yeast powder.
-
Pour 1 egg, bread flour, 60 grams of white sugar, high-sugar resistant yeast powder, and water into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process.
-
When the dough is formed, add salt (a little water is added to the salt to melt it) and continue the kneading process.
-
When the dough becomes chewy, add butter and continue the dough mixing process.
-
When the dough is smooth and can be pulled out of a film, take the dough out of the bread barrel, shape it into a round shape, and place it in a basin to ferment at room temperature.
-
The fermented dough is 2 times larger than the original dough. Poke a small hole with your hand and it will not shrink or collapse.
-
Move the dough to the board, knead to deflate and shape into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
-
Now, make the coconut filling. Mix 10 grams of butter (softened at room temperature), 20 grams of sugar, 1 egg (51 grams), and grated coconut to form a coconut filling and set aside.
-
Roll the dough into a large sheet.
-
Spread the coconut filling evenly on the dough sheet.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom and tighten the seal. Use a knife to cut the noodles into three parts without cutting off the top.
-
Braid three sections of the face into braids and collect the extensions.
-
Put the bread dough into a toast box, put it in the oven and turn on the fermentation setting, and let it ferment for 1 hour.
-
When the dough has fermented until eighty percent of the toast box is full, take out the toast box, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and lower the heat to 160 degrees. When preheating is complete, place the toast box in the oven and bake for 42 minutes. Take out the toast box, pour out the bread and let it cool.
