Break the Oreo cookies into small pieces with your hands and set aside;

Soften butter at room temperature and beat until light in color and feathery;

Add powdered sugar and continue beating until the sugar dissolves;

Add vanilla extract;

Add egg whites in portions and beat quickly with an electric whisk until a uniform creamy paste forms;

Sift together the low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula;

Add crushed Oreo cookies;

Use your hands to form a uniform dough;

Shape the dough into a cylinder about 4cm in diameter;

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours until it solidifies;

Use a knife to cut into discs about 1cm thick;

Place the discs on the baking sheet, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake the middle layer for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
