Orleans Chicken Wings
Overview
In order for my daughter to go to school, I moved to an old house close to the school. The house is old, the room is small, and the kitchen is even smaller. Every time I use the oven, I have to clean it up, which is very troublesome. My daughter wanted to eat grilled wings, but she really didn’t want to use the oven anymore, so she tried using a rice cooker to make grilled wings, and the effect was good~~~~

Ingredients: chicken wings, barbecue sauce, garlic, ginger

Mince garlic and slice ginger

Make a few cuts on the back of the chicken wings, going as deep as the bone.

Put the processed chicken wings into a container, add ginger slices, minced garlic, and grilled wing ingredients

Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours (if you have time, marinate overnight for more flavor)

Brush the rice cooker with a thin layer of cooking oil (a little bit of oil is enough, about half a teaspoon is enough) and place the chicken skin side down, trying not to overlap.

Close the lid and start the cooking process.
