Overview

1. If you want the custard to have a smooth surface without bubbles: you can put a layer of plastic wrap on the bowl when steaming. 2. The light soy sauce can be added when beating the egg liquid, or you can pour the sesame oil on the custard together after steaming. 3. Minced green onions: You can use green onions, shallots, and chives.

  1. Beat 1 egg in a bowl, add salt and chopped green onions, and beat into egg liquid.
