Overview
Lentil oil-threaded noodles is a favorite dish in my family. The noodles are chewy and delicious, and the lentil shreds are fragrant. It is a very memorable noodle.

Prepare ingredients: lentils, cut noodles (noodles that you press yourself), cooked pork belly.

Cut the lentils into thin slices.

Pour oil into the wok and fry the pepper until fragrant.

Pour the fried pepper oil into a bowl with soy sauce and mix it into cooking oil.

Slice the cooked pork belly.

Put the noodles into the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

Shake out the steamed noodles and toss with cooking oil.

Put oil in the wok and saute garlic cloves until fragrant.

Add shredded lentils and stir-fry.

Then put the cooked pork belly on the lentil shreds and fill it with a little water.

Then spread the mixed shredded oil noodles on the lentil shreds, simmer for a while and then take it out of the pot.
