Milk-scented teething stick
Overview
After reading Junzhi’s baking book, I had the urge to make it. The low-sugar and low-oil Ala stick is the best teething stick for students who are greedy and afraid of getting fat. It is simple to operate and interesting to make. Eat it quickly!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, melt the butter, add powdered sugar and eggs, and stir evenly. Leave a little egg liquid behind for later use.
-
Add flour to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture, and then form a dough. This dough is moderately dry and wet. Let the dough rest for half an hour and let it rest for a while. Then roll the dough into a rectangular piece, (mine is a bit square, about half a centimeter thick, cut into long strips)
-
Pick up both sides and twist them (in this state, place them one by one on the baking sheet, and then brush with a little egg wash)
-
Place in the preheated oven at 180° and bake for about 22-25 minutes, watching the last few minutes.

Finished, a little crooked, hehe.
