Steps
-
Wash the broccoli, remove the bottom, break into small florets and soak in light salt water. (You can remove small bugs with or without O(∩_∩)O)
-
Cut ham into cubes.
-
Slice onions, ginger and garlic, add two tablespoons of tomato paste, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sugar and starch, add an appropriate amount of water and mix well.
-
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add broccoli, add a little salt and a few drops of cooking oil, and wait until the broccoli is 6-7 mature. Remove the blanched broccoli and immerse it in cold water and set aside. (Adding salt and oil can make the broccoli turn green after blanching.)
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger and garlic over low heat and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add ham sausage and broccoli and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
-
Pour the prepared tomato sauce along the edge of the pot, stir well after boiling, turn off the heat and add MSG. No need to add salt because soy sauce and oyster sauce are already very salty.
