Dice carrots.

Carrots are not easy to soften, so cook them over low heat for a while.

Wash the potatoes and cook them intact (it’s easy to peel them after they’re cooked).

Cut onions into cubes.

Cut lettuce into strips.

Peel and dice the potatoes and put them in water to wash off excess starch.

Sauté the onions.

Boil the fried onions with diced carrots and potatoes.

While cooking, sauté the garlic lettuce.

Put the pork chops and chicken fillets in the oven to adjust the 'meat' for 10 minutes.

Prepare curry cubes.

Turn off the heat and throw in the curry cubes (I put 4 cubes).

Once the curry cubes have dissolved, turn the heat back on and cook for 5 minutes.

The cooked food is plated to complete the hearty curry rice~
