Prepare all materials. Wash and cut spinach into sections.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add spinach and blanch.

Remove the blanched spinach, rinse it in cold water and drain.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, oil and chili pepper to a bowl and mix well to make a sauce.

Pour the sauce into the spinach, stir well and add the white sesame seeds.

Cut the red pepper into small rings and place on top of the spinach. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil and pour it on the red pepper.
