Cook a pot of rice that is full of aroma - Cured Meat Claypot Rice
Overview
I love eating claypot rice, but there are not many places where you can get authentic claypot rice nowadays. The autumn wind is blowing, and it’s time to eat cured food. All kinds of sausages, bacon, and cured fish are on the market. During autumn and winter, it is a simple and happy thing to cook a pot of claypot rice that is fragrant and has golden, crispy and hard rice.

Steps
-
New rice that has just been put on the market should be soaked in water for 1 hour in advance.
-
Prepare sausage, bacon and broccoli.
-
The optimal ratio of rice to water is approximately 1:1.5. Put the soaked rice and water in an earthen pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
-
Cut sausage and bacon into thin slices and serve with broccoli on a plate.
-
After about 10 minutes, open the lid and the rice is almost cooked. Add the sliced sausage and bacon, then pour a spoonful of peanut oil on the side and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
-
Arrange the broccoli, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and continue to simmer for 1 minute.
-
The rice is ready when you hear it sizzling.
-
It's time to eat.
