Soak glutinous rice for more than two hours

Wash the sweet-scented osmanthus and set aside

Wash the lotus root, cut off one end, put rice into the hole

Seal the cut lotus root lid with a toothpick

Add water to the electric pressure cooker to cover the lotus roots, add a tablespoon of brown sugar, and simmer until simmering, about 35 to 40 minutes
