Steps
-
Add all ingredients except olive oil to the bread bucket, start the dough mixing process for 20 minutes until it reaches the expansion stage (the dough can pull out a thick film)
-
After kneading for 20 minutes, add 5 grams of olive oil and start kneading for another 25 minutes until the dough is fully kneaded (a thin glove film can be pulled out of the dough)
-
Take it out and put it in another container, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size
-
If you insert your finger into a small hole in the dough and it does not shrink back, it means the fermentation is successful
-
Deflate the dough, divide into 3 equal parts and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval
-
Roll the dough from right to left, roll it up one by one, put it in a toast box, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature
-
Brush the risen dough with egg wash, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, put it into the lower shelf of the preheated oven, and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, place it on a cooling rack and put it in a plastic bag when it is still lukewarm (it will keep soft for several days)
-
The internal tissue is soft and delicate, with a lot of wire drawing
