Overview
Yams are very nutritious, and iron stick yam tastes better. This is my baby's favorite dish.

Ingredients: yam, soaked fungus.

Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the chopped green onions, add the fungus and carrots and sauté for one minute, add the yam and stir-fry evenly, add a little water, lower the heat and simmer for one minute, then add salt and sauté over high heat for one minute.
