Tomato Cheese Fancy Bread
Overview
This is a cheese + ketchup flavored ham sausage fancy bread. When making the ham sausage fancy bread, I got a little creative and added mozzarella cheese and Heinz tomato sauce. It not only decorates the bread, but also enriches the taste and texture, making it beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Tomato paste used in this recipe
-
Add milk, egg liquid, warm water, sugar, salt, flour, and dry yeast to the bread machine barrel in order, set a dough mixing program for 15 minutes, add butter and then another 15 minutes
-
Complete basic fermentation
-
After taking it out, deflate it and divide it into balls weighing about 100G. After rolling into balls, let them rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece and roll it roughly into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin, the same length as the ham sausage. Place the ham sausage on top
-
Roll up from one end into a cylindrical shape until it overlaps, place the end downwards, and relax for 5 minutes
-
Multifunctional kitchen scissors, cut 2cm apart from one side, do not cut, only cut the ham wrapped in the noodles
-
Twist the cut flower pieces left and right, arrange them neatly, and put them in the oven for secondary fermentation. Pour a pan of boiling water into the bottom of the oven to increase the temperature and prevent the bread from drying out
-
Thaw mozzarella cheese in the refrigerator a day in advance and cut into thin strips
-
When it has doubled in size, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the bread
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, set the upper heat to 170 degrees and the lower heat to 160 degrees and bake for 18 minutes
-
After taking it out, squeeze Heinz ketchup on the surface. The entire production is completed
