Fold the dough in half and make 4 cuts with a knife at the folded area.

Pull the dough apart and stretch it, keeping your left hand still and rolling it from top to bottom with your right hand.

Tie the rolled dough into a single knot and place it in a paper tray.

Arrange in a baking pan and place in a warm and moist place for secondary fermentation.
