Boiled tofu skin
Overview
I have always wanted to eat spicy dishes, but I can't eat anything that is too spicy, so I am very torn. I can only satisfy my eyes when I see the delicious spicy food. I went out to eat a few days ago and there was a dish of boiled tofu skin.

Prepare all the ingredients, cut the tofu skin into wide strips, dice the green onion, smash and dice the garlic, shred the ginger, cut the green pepper into cubes, and cut the coriander into sections. (Please ignore the chili noodles and chili segments in the small plate. I originally wanted to put the fried incense on top of the dish, but I tasted it and it was just right. I was afraid that adding the chili would taste too spicy, so I didn’t add it in the end).

Heat oil in a wok.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add beef mushroom sauce and sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fried beef with mushroom sauce and sweet noodle sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar.

After the water boils, add the tofu skin.

After boiling for 5 minutes, pour in the water starch.

Add green pepper cubes and fry until cooked.

Finally, add the coriander and stir it through, then it’s ready to serve.
