Wash and peel the purple sweet potatoes.

Cut into thin slices.

Steam until cooked, about 20 minutes.

Take it out and crush it into puree with a spoon.

Place in a small bowl and compact.

Put upside down in the plate.

Sprinkle on oatmeal and dried cranberries.
