Fried Potato Meatballs
Overview
A few days ago, I made delicious Kung Pao Potato and Shrimp Balls, which many students loved and hated because they were afraid it was unhealthy. In fact, I have this feeling myself. Fried food tastes delicious, but I really don’t dare to eat too much. For the sake of health, we should tolerate it and do it occasionally. In order to appease everyone's emotions, today I will come up with a delicious and healthy method. Today we are going to talk about potato balls, but unlike potato and shrimp balls, we use steamed ones this time, which is almost the healthiest of all Chinese food recipes and can be eaten with confidence. Cut a little bit of sausage into pieces and rub it into the potato balls. It will enhance the flavor. Don’t omit it. The steamed meatballs are on the light side and are very enjoyable to eat when dipped in the fragrant spicy oil. Students who can't eat spicy food can also use garlic vinegar sauce, which is not bad at all.
