Grilled Eggplant with Garlic Minced Pork
Overview
I have only tried grilled eggplant once in the past 20 years, when I was casually chatting with my friends at a barbecue stall. We were really comfortable at that time, and I feel a little nostalgic about it! However, I still haven’t eaten eggplant because I’m a bit dissatisfied with it! So I don’t know if the taste of making it this time is comparable to the ones from outside. Anyway, I think it’s very delicious, which is even more of a surprise for an old man who loves barbecue and eggplant!
