Stir the yeast with warm water, pour in the flour and add some warm water to knead the dough until the surface is smooth and does not stick to your hands

The fermentation of the flour is twice as big as the original one

Make custard: eggs, pure milk, cake flour, corn flour.

Pour eggs, pure milk, low flour, corn flour and 100ml water into a basin and stir into a thin paste

Pour into the pot and stir over low heat

Stir it into a paste that can be sandwiched

Knead the fermented dough to press out the gas

Knead the dough into strips, cut it into a bun shape with a knife, and press it with a rolling pin as shown

Wrap it into a small package and leave it for 20 minutes (it is very important to leave it for 20 minutes to make it very soft)
