Overview
This is a famous dish in Zigong, Sichuan. I tried it once and couldn’t stop eating it. But in Zigong, this dish is spicy. I should measure it myself. It is made with five flavors and can also be eaten by children. 😊

I bought half a live rabbit 🐰 at the vegetable market. I asked the vegetable vendor to chop it into small pieces for me, preferably 2*2 cm

Soak in bleeding water and clean. Bleeding water from the pot

Prepare seasonings: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns, green onions, ginger, and garlic.
