Chop the beef into pieces and add minced green onion, minced ginger, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, ten spice powder, and cumin powder.

Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.

Add a little salt to the flour, slowly add warm water, and stir the flour into cotton wool.

Gently knead the flour into a ball with your hands until there are no obvious lines. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Add a little oil to the wok, add half of the marinated beef, and stir-fry until the beef is cooked.

Dish up, stir well with the other half of the raw beef, and set aside.

Flatten the dough and divide into four portions.

Take a ball of dough, roll it into a square shape, and add beef as shown. (leave some space around)

Gently spread the beef as shown in the picture, leaving a piece in the lower right corner.

Use a knife to gently cut a slit, as shown in the picture.

Fold upwards in two.

After folding in three, you will get a triangle, seal it tightly, and gently flatten the cake with your palms.

Grease a pan with oil and fry the patties on both sides over medium-low heat until golden brown.
