Baked Nut Oatmeal
Overview
When my daughter came back from vacation, she wanted to eat low-fat, low-salt, high-protein, satiating food. I prepared some oatmeal, nuts, eggs and other ingredients and made them by baking them. Unexpectedly, they tasted great from mouth to mouth!

Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

Put the oatmeal and sugar into a plate, mix well, add boiling water (just enough to cover the oatmeal) and soak for 3 minutes.

After the oatmeal is soft, spread the egg mixture evenly on the oatmeal.

Heat the oven at 200℃, lower the heat at 210℃, and bake for 10 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle with nuts and bake for 5 minutes.
