[Bashang] Iron pot braised noodles (braised pork version)
Overview
The Bashang area generally refers to 100 kilometers north of Zhangjiakou to 100 kilometers north of Chengde. It is a grassland tourist resort because the average altitude of the area is around 1,500. Pork is best cut into 1.5 cm square strips.

Bring cold water to a boil.
