Wash the cabbage

Add chopped green onion

Add an egg, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, salt, and chicken essence, mix well and set aside

Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry the green onion and cabbage cubes

Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft, pour in boiling water, add light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste

Use a spoon to scoop the minced meat into balls one by one and place them on the cabbage. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat

Cook until the meatballs are cooked, taste them again, and that’s it!
