  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes;

  2. Chop the ginger;

  3. Put the diced chicken and ginger into a bowl, then pour in 2 spoons of beer, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and an appropriate amount of starch. Use chopsticks to stir evenly in one direction and marinate for more than 15 minutes;

  4. During the pickling period, cut the carrots and garlic into thin slices, and cut the green pepper into small pieces;

  5. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken breasts, and stir-fry until color changes;

  6. Add garlic slices and bean paste, sauté until fragrant, and stir-fry until red oil comes out;

  7. Continue to add carrot slices and green pepper cubes, stir-fry until they change color and become soft, about 8 minutes cooked;

  8. Pour in an appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt (optional), and a little hot water, and turn it over evenly before serving.
