Sea cucumber version and lotus pond stir-fry
Overview
I had to cook after work and wanted to make a lotus pond stir-fry. I didn’t soak the fungus because the color was similar, so I cut sea cucumbers instead of fungus.

Pick snow peas cleanly.

Clean the lotus roots.

Take carrots.

All ingredients are changed.

Cut the sea cucumber into thick slices.

Slice garlic.

Boil water in a pot, add carrots and lotus roots first, and bring to a boil.

Add snow peas and cook until they change color.

Remove and drain.

Add the garlic slices and sea cucumber as well.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat oil and stir-fry all ingredients.

Add salt while stirring.

Add chicken essence.

Stir fry evenly.

Remove the pot, put it on a plate, and tidy it up.
