The fried egg crumbs are a bit like fried steak fork, with a crispy texture that makes you unable to stop eating.

Mix all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a clean container.

Then add cooking oil, black sesame seeds, and egg liquid.

Mix the flour with black sesame seeds, egg liquid and cooking oil evenly until it forms a coarse grain.

Add water little by little to form a smooth dough, wrap it in a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.

Divide the risen dough into three parts (how many parts you want).

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a 2cm oval.

Put the dough sheet into the dough press and press it four times into long strips of dough.

Cut the dough into 4cm wide noodles.

Then cut the noodles into 10cm long noodles.

Stack the 2 pieces and make three cuts on them, longer in the middle and shorter on both sides.

Turn the folded dough piece out from the long opening as shown in the picture.

Let the steamed buns wake up for another 15 minutes.

After the oil in the wok is 50% hot, add the dumplings one by one and fry over low heat until they turn colour.
