Perilla Pickled Ginger

Perilla Pickled Ginger

Overview

Summer is the season for fresh young ginger. I ate this young perilla ginger at a friend’s house and thought it tasted good, so I brewed a serving at home. Eating radish in winter and ginger in summer do not require a doctor’s prescription. It is appetizing, but you should not eat too much. Ginger is still a hot food

  3. Stir frequently to soak the ginger evenly. The longer the soaking time, the redder the water will be. After soaking for about 3 hours, it will be more flavorful and ready to eat. If the weather is hot in summer, you can put it in the refrigerator to make it taste better and you can eat it for several days.
