Ingredients
Steps
-
There is an elm tree on the hillside. It happened to be the weekend, so I picked some sweet elm money and I can make delicious food again.
-
Full of rewards.
-
It's small and so cute. Yuqian is homophonic to "surplus money".
-
Remove the handle.
-
Sprinkle some salt in the water, soak the elm money for a few minutes and rinse it thoroughly.
-
Put corn flour, all-purpose flour, rice flour and salt into a basin.
-
Mix well.
-
Add the washed Yuqian and stir it.
-
Break in an egg.
-
Stir to form a slightly dry dough. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water.
-
Apply some oil on your hands, take an appropriate amount of dough, and shape it into a dough with a slightly pointed top.
-
Use your finger to press a hole at the bottom.
-
Place in a steamer, add cold water to the pot, cook for about 30 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for two minutes, then open the lid and take out.
-
The taste is sweet and delicate, and it will be even more delicious if paired with dipping sauce.
