I drank miso soup by chance. When I saw salmon, I was particularly craving for miso soup. But there was no miso, soybean paste was used instead. Although it was a bit darker, the taste was still great!

  1. Since I couldn’t buy wakame, I bought thinner kelp. Use water to wash away the salt on the surface of the kelp.
