Wash and cut the spearmint into sections, peel one and a half garlic, and two chili peppers (fresh ones taste better)

Chop it into fine pieces with a knife, or crush it directly with a machine

Pour in the sauce, add a little water and bring to a boil, add a little salt and sugar
