The most sour and sweet appetizing snacks for spring travel😊, this recipe comes from a woman who loves online shopping👩. This is my first time shopping for fresh hawthorn online, and I am very satisfied with it. It is cheap and affordable (a small problem for women), but I found a lot, a whole box (5 pounds), so I tinkered with it, searched online, and finally decided to make hawthorn jam and fruit peel

Choose hawthorn, but there is almost no need to choose, because the whole box is perfect😍

Soak hawthorn, clean the hawthorn and soak it in salt water for a while (just to avoid small bugs🐛)

To make the hawthorn puree, use a food processor or wall breaker (of course it is better if you have one). Add some water to it every time you make it. In fact, you don’t need to add water when boiling, because it has already been added when making the hawthorn puree (because I am inexperienced, I added it when I was making the sauce, which made the cooking process very long, which made me anxious)

Put a portion of the cooked sauce into a baking pan and smooth it out with a scraper. The thickness should not exceed 5mm (I don’t know how to calculate, so I spread it randomly😝). Remember to grease the baking pan or use greased paper. Anyway, I failed to grease it (because I was lazy and didn’t watch it, so it over-baked. Every time I put the dessert directly on the baking pan, I failed because of my laziness😓)

During the baking process, we can prepare a glass bottle. Boil the glass bottle in boiling water (sterilization), wait for the hawthorn sauce in the pot to cool down completely before bottling it. Our hawthorn sauce will be perfect just waiting to be spread on toast😍. There are also those baked in the oven at a temperature within 100 degrees, mainly relying on the oven to dry the moisture of the hawthorn sauce, so that the peel will take shape. Finally, after baking and cooling, take it off the oven and cut it into rolls. The peel is completed (there is no oven to dry naturally, but it will take a long time 😜). I couldn't hold it back. I ate a lot, so sweet and sour that I couldn't stop eating it 😂
