Fried pork skin
Overview
During the holidays, my family always prepares some oily pork skin, which is used for making soup and hot pot. It is basically bought from the supermarket. This time, there is a lot of meat skin stored in the refrigerator, and there is really no place to use it. It would be a pity to throw it away, so I make the oily meat skin myself. It tastes good when used in soup.
