Wash the fish head and set aside

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and saute in oil pan

Add the fish head and stir-fry, add rice wine, cover and simmer, add boiling water and make the soup

Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Add the old tofu and cook until the old tofu is soft. Add salt, chopped pepper, and pepper. After it's cooked, remove from the pot and add MSG.
