Shredded Pork and Potatoes with Parsley
Overview
Today’s parsley, shredded pork and potatoes can be used as both a staple food and a vegetable. If it is used directly as a staple food, the taste can be made lighter. If it is used as a dish, it should be made a little saltier, otherwise it will not be enough for rice! After frying it twice, my children ate it directly.
