Ingredients: Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, mince ginger, garlic and pepper. Wash and drain the chicken and set aside.

Wash the pot, heat it up, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add the chicken and stir-fry.

Fry until the chicken skin shrinks and turns slightly yellow, add chili pepper, minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Turn off the heat.

Transfer to a steaming bowl.

Place the potatoes on top and press them down slightly. Place in steamer. Just half an hour.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
