Kunbo Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Overview
The newly purchased Kunbo casserole comes in a calm and classy black color. I read on the Internet that it can be dry-cooked and quickly cooled, so I made a roasted sweet potato with an uneasy mood. I was afraid that the casserole would be damaged when roasting, but I didn't expect that there would be no problem after roasting. The roasted sweet potatoes turned out to be particularly fragrant and sweet, much more delicious than those sold outside, and I felt more confident when I cooked them myself.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The newly purchased Kunbo casserole has a large capacity of 4.6 liters (the casserole used for barbecue cannot be washed with water, just wipe it with a dry towel).
-
Place on grill.
-
Cover with tinfoil. Layer several layers of tinfoil to prevent the juice from the roasted sweet potatoes from dripping into the bottom of the pot, making it difficult to clean up.
-
Wash the sweet potatoes and pat dry. The sweet potatoes I bought are relatively large.
-
Place in kunbo casserole.
-
Cover and cook over high heat for 15 minutes.
-
Use chopsticks to flip over and continue dry cooking over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes until the sweet potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
-
The sweet potatoes I bought were relatively large, so I turned them over 4 times in total, then turned off the heat and simmered them for a while.
