Pan-fried lamb rack with herbs is so simple to make, it just takes some time and patience. It is very delicious and is a good choice to go with wine. If you like the meat to be a little pink in the middle, 8 or 9 is fine, but I want it to be fully cooked, which makes it more delicious when you bite it!

Prepare materials

Cut the lamb rack in between the bones, but the meat is still a bit connected, add all the seasonings and herbs

Marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours and take out to warm before frying

Heat a non-stick pan, add olive oil, add the marinated lamb rack, fry over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low heat and fry slowly

Fry the lamb rack to your preferred level of rareness, then serve on a plate
