  14. Whip the whipping cream + sugar until it is flowing (lines will appear, and the whipping cream that drips when you lift the whisk can be piled on the surface without disappearing immediately).

  16. Wrap the bottom of the mousse ring with plastic wrap and tin foil, put the heart-shaped cake slices into the bottom layer of the mold, cut the large strawberries in half, place the cross-sections outwards on the edge of the mold, and pour a layer of mousse liquid

  17. Add a few chopped strawberries

  18. Place the small piece of cake flat on top of the mousse liquid, then pour in the remaining mousse liquid and smooth the surface.

  19. Cover the surface of the mold with a layer of tin foil to prevent odor transfer from the refrigerator, and refrigerate overnight. (I forgot to take a photo, so I used the demoulding diagram instead)

  20. The next day, use a hair dryer to heat it slightly to remove the mold.
