Chipotle rolls
Overview
I went to the wild and picked some endive. It tasted really good. It gave me a taste of spring. Endive is cold in nature and bitter in taste. It is helpful in reducing heat and detoxification, cooling blood, diuresis, reducing swelling and pus, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, tonifying deficiency and relieving cough. Raw food can exert its health care function more effectively
