Tiger skin green pepper
Overview
Tiger skin green pepper is a home-cooked dish that I prefer. Add a small handful of tempeh to make it more fragrant. Use thin slices of green pepper to make it easier to absorb and taste better!

Steps
-
Remove the tops of the green peppers and shake off any excess seeds.
-
Wash the green peppers and flatten them gently with the back of a knife for easy frying and flavoring.
-
Crush the garlic and mince it, and add a small handful of tempeh.
-
Make a bowl of juice: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of corn starch, half a bowl of water, stir well and set aside.
-
Heat the oil in a pan, add green peppers when the oil is 50% hot.
-
Fry one side of the green pepper until it looks like tiger skin. Flip and fry the other side. Press with a spatula to allow the green pepper to fully fry.
-
Fry the green pepper until both sides look like tiger skin. Leave oil in the pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry the black bean until fragrant.
-
Pour the bowl of juice and fried green peppers into the bowl and cook over low heat for 2 minutes until the flavor is absorbed.
-
Finally, the juice can be collected over high heat.
-
Remove from pot and plate.
