Put the main ingredients into the bread machine, select the dough mode (1 fermentation), and make bread dough.

After the bread dough is finished, take it out, divide it into 9 parts, deflate and round each one, cover it with a fermentation cloth, and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the countertop and rolling pin with high-gluten flour. The rested dough is first rolled into a drop shape, flattened and then flattened into a triangle shape.

Then roll up the triangle from the bottom to the top to complete the roll shape. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them rest for 30 to 40 minutes at about 30 degrees Celsius for secondary fermentation.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix the egg liquid and an equal amount of milk evenly, spread it on the surface of the fermented dough (double in size), and bake for 20 minutes.

Take out the baked bread and let it cool on a cooling rack.
