Hot and sour cabbage
Overview
One of my favorite home-cooked dishes, cabbage is light and needs some chili pepper for a hit. I didn't expect that the beautiful small peppers are so spicy, fragrant and spicy, and have a strong staying power.

Prepare cabbage and small peppers

Chop the cabbage, mince the pepper, garlic and ginger
